Usta & Partners Legal was founded by Atty. Ahmet Faruk Usta in 2016 under the name of Usta Law Office and until 2019 this office studiously assisted and counseled its clients on labor and social security law, family law, inheritance law and debt enforcement fields.

Usta & Partners Legal found its current structure in 2019 with the participation of the new partners, namely, Atty. Meriç Yavuz, LL.M. and Atty. Ahmet Mete both of whom have worked in the top-tier law firms in Turkey.

With the participation of Atty. Ahmet Mete, Usta & Partners Legal expanded its abilities and offers service and consultation to its clients in the new areas e.g. corporate law, IT law, administrative law, tax law, contracts law, data protection, mergers and acquisitions and arbitration.
